Moving my information from Android to iphone

I have the new iPhone 13 and have tried using iOS move as recommended but it keeps a-bending at the last 15 min with no reason just says error. I went to Att where I got the new iPhone n they can’t help. I can’t get an appointment with apple as it’s all fully booked pls any idea how to take my stuff over
