Apple health

My husband and I are on the same Apple ID. I have recently got an Apple Watch and his data is showing on my health data. Ie it’s showing that I’ve done 18000 steps today but I know that I absolutely haven’t. How do I remove his data

How do change separate health data on 2 iWatches with someone who shares the same Apple account with you? I bought my wife a 41mm iWatch 8 for her birthday on Amazon, and I also own a 45mm iWatch 8. Because I bought her watch, it defaults to me as the owner. We also share an account with T-Mobile in my name which allows us to share photos, music etc. on our phones, but we want our watch's health date to be separate. Right now, my health data and trends are showing up in Apple Health on her phone. Can someone tell me how we prevent my health data from showing up on her Apple Health app, while still sharing our photos, etc? Thanks in advance. Don

Apple Watch Health Data My wife and I have two separate iPhones and Apple Watches. We use one icloud account. How do we keep the health data isolated on each phone so the paired watch consistently uses the correct health data. Currently, the phones keep switching to either my wife’s health data or my health data somewhat unpredictably. I this can not be done without creating a second Apple ID account, why not?
