Microsoft Office Not Assigned to you repeat notification

I keep getting App Store notifications stating “Microsoft Office is no longer assigned to you” from the App Store once a day. When I click on the notification I get “The page you are looking for can’t be found.” I do not have the “Microsoft Office” app installed on my device, but I do have an office 365 subscription which is current, and I do have the individual office apps installed on my phone - they do work just fine. I have the same apps installed on my iPad and do not get the notification on the iPad. Looking at another thread where the same question was asked that person was told that they should check Device Management in Settings - General. My device is not managed, so that isn’t the problem.

How do I make this notification stop!?

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. We understand a consistent notification about an app being no longer assigned to you. We'll do what we can to help.

To turn the notifications off completely, you can turn off notifications for the App Store: Settings > Notifications > App Store then toggle off Allow Notifications.

If you want to look into it further, you might want ensure the same Apple ID is signed in that uses your iPad (Settings > [your name] > Media & Purchases > View Account) or temporarily install the app to see if there are any prompts to verify the app under the Apple ID: Download apps and games on your iPhone or iPad
