I have spoken with tech at Apple and BofA. No solution. When you try to open the app it goes to the same error, retry.
Anyone out there solve the problem? Update issue? I've uninstalled, rebooted, just about every trick. No go

Then I would suspect that the servers may be down at the moment. So, try later on.
Disconnect from a VPN:
If you are connected to a VPN, then disconnect from it.

Pretty sure it’s a software upgrade conflict between Apple and BofA.
BofA Mobile app works on my phone 8.

What does the error read?

There is also a button "retry"
Neither VON nor retry. Tried that
