Again blue box around text

I experience the same on my MBP M1 Monterey, especially when working Mail on Mac.

Please explain hope to get rid of it. Tks

I would look at >System Preferences>Accessibility and see if something got triggered

Use the Accessibility Options panel on Mac - Apple Support

If this is isolated to just Mail... try a safeboot to test

Also, how do I see which item got triggered?
