M1 Pro MacBook Pro 16 inch gets slow after a 3D modeling,rendering or playing games on it until I reboot

My new M1 Pro MacBook Pro 16 inch gets slow after a 3D modeling,render or playing games on it.When I reboot the computer, it goes back to normal but if i don't,computer always be slow.Do I need to restart?Because I don't want to.It must be the newest MacBook Pro but it doesn't act like that

Rebooting is one of the simplest exercises to clear RAM...



Verify your macOS is running the latest stable release macOS 12.1 and all third party applications for compatibility.


Keep your Mac up to date

Uninstall all third party apps that are Cleaners/Optimizers/Anti-Virus/VPN

all known to cause issues on the macOS
