NordVPN Recents (servers) List Won't Update

I have installed NordVPN 7.1.0, and before that 7.0.0, and everything seems to work fine except after a day or so the Recents list of servers, which works at first, will no longer update, that is, it won't retain any of the servers connected to after the first day or so. I've tried uninstalling it, and associated folders and files, completely, including deleting the network connections, and reinstalling it, several times, and each time, the Recents list works for a while but later on in the day or the next day, it stops adding servers to the list. (Adding to the Favorites list does work.) Customer support has not been able to solve the problem. I am still in Mojave, but everything else about the app seems be working.
