Activation Lock is a theft deterrent. It makes the phone useless to anyone other than the rightful owner who enabled Activation Lock. The only way to remove it is with the Apple ID and password used to enable it. If your Apple ID and password aren’t the correct ones you will need help from the person who owns that Apple ID and password.
