6 Months music with AirPods.

After connecting my new AirPods pro multiple times I still cannot see the button for the free 6 months I was supposed to receive as a result of connecting them. They were purchased at the right time for the new offer and I have signed into the music app and still nothing appears here or in setting. Can anyone help, is there a manual way of redeeming?
