Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

Cannot sync iPad to iMac

iTunes does not even show the iPad as connected. Using the other method, iPad comes up on iMac, asks to trust, iPad asks trust and waits. Then continued cycling until imac says request denied. Have been following all recommendations for about a year - no go.

iPad Air 2, iOS 12

What year model iMac and what macOS is it running?
