Blank notes on iPhone 13

Upon review of your post, it seems that you have an issue with your Notes app. We can see why you’d want this taken care of, so let us help from here! There is no known or reported issue that identifies this behavior, so it may be something with your iPhone itself. The fact that the behavior carried over from one device to another gives strong evidence of that likelihood.

Updating and restarting your iPhone are both excellent steps to take. Making sure that all of your apps are updated as well would be helpful. When you set up your iPhone13, did you set it up as new or was the backup from your XR transferred over?
