Get error dialog with message "None of the selected files were converted because they could not be found"

If songs cannot be found then that's the issue to look at.


Songs listed in your iTunes Library use files stored on your computer every time the song needs to be played, copied to a device or converted. So the question is; have you been deleting, renaming or moving files for, or the file-path to, the files for the songs, using Windows Explorer, or do you use any other programme on your computer that may have done so?


Presumably, each song now has an exclamation mark to the let of the song title (in the Songs view).
