Does it appear to have been charged by the Apple Store or is it from "apple.com/bill"?

Depending on the nature of the expenditure, you may have to contact Apple Support if it says you have bought a physical item from the Apple Store when you haven't.

If it appears to be from "apple.com/bill", make sure you don't have any unwanted active subscriptions. You can check this in Settings by tapping [Your Name] > Subscriptions.

You can find out what it's charging you for through this site: https://reportaproblem.apple.com. From there, you can also request a refund.
