Keyboard Issues with MacBook Pro 16-inch (2019) with Touch Bar

From the moment I purchased this expensive product (June 2021),

the BlockMayus key started to become unresponsive when pressed.


After two weeks with this knowledge and just ignoring it;

Option, Control and Shift keys started to get stuck without being physically pressed.

Now (5 months since purchase)

the keyboard is completely chaotic with no apparent failure pattern,

any key can literally get stuck without being physically pressed.


I have been using an external keyboard and certain key combinations (such as accents) cause a random key to get stuck without being pressed.


Any similar issues or cases?

What should the warranty cover in this cases?

Have Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider examine the laptop to provide you with a repair estimate. Assuming there is no accidental damage involved the repair should be covered under warranty for free if you purchased the laptop new five months ago.
