My MACBOOK M1 PRO , 16 INCH , display goes blank when operating in around 6 degrees or maybe it faced some software/ hardware issue , it starts only after a couple of restarts.

The operating temperature range is:
Use your Mac notebook where the ambient temperature is between 50° and 95° F (10° and 35° C).
Keep your Mac notebook within acceptable operating temperatures - Apple Support
Since you are operating below the minimum specified I suspected the low temperature is causing the problem.. After a couple of restarted the temperature inside the ac will rise and the Mac should work as you are experiencing.
But isn't Apple products being used in colder countries than India where I have been operating the device , there must be a design flaw which might be causing either condensation or battery being over cooled.
Display goes blank when waking it up from either cold start or from sleep? Is it related to cold weather?
