Permissions Mojave, High Sierra, Sierra - I need universal access between several computers

I use several computers and want to be able to copy files and folders to and from any drives / folders in the computers. I very often run into permissions problems. How can I get universal access between all my computers (6 machines)? I am using Mojave on some, High Sierra on some, & Sierra on one. I do not plan to upgrade past Mojave as I must use several 32 bit apps.

Mac mini, macOS 10.13
