How can I stream audio from any app to any combination or all my home pods and Apple TVs from my Mac.

As far as I know while iTunes/Music can play to multiple speakers the Mac's main audio system can only route to a single speaker. A workaround is an app called Airfoil, though it isn't something I've tried personally.
