Well, even though Apple provided three ear tips to cover most folks, we are all different.
... so, at this point, I think you have a few options:
- If you purchased them within the last 14 days, you can return them for a refund.
- You can try third-party replacement ear tips to see if any of those will work for you.
- You can try another manufacturer's ear buds.
