Hi. I would like to know some recommendations to take care of my laptop battery. Is it bad if I use my Mac while it's charging? it is ok if I charge my iPhone and my watch with my Mac? Does close the Mac without turned off all the time affect the battery?
What are the principal recommendations to take care of the battery?

Don't micromanage your battery, that's what the battery management system does. Charge it when it needs charging, use in on battery when you need to do that and don't be concerned about leaving the charger plugged in while you work.
