I don't think your Mac is being ransomed. Those images you posted appear to indicate that the keyboard and mouse are not being detected and should be turned on (with the little switches shown). Are the keyboard and mouse charged? Are they turned on? Can you connect a wired keyboard and mouse instead, if the bluetooth devices are not working?

Try rebooting into Safe Mode, which you do by holding down the shift key when starting up. This may take 5-10 minutes.

Other steps to take: reset SMC and NVRAM. Apple has online instructions for this, they are different for different Macs.

My login screen freezes as the program afis loading with the Apple logo underneath is the progress bar. Half way through the process the process bar skips back to the beginning on the back to the process bar and begins reloading again only displaying the for mention images . I’ve tried doing a Command

Definition of Ransomeware " a type of malicious software designed to block access to a computer system until a sum of money is paid: although ransomware is usually aimed at individuals, it's only a matter of time before business is targeted as well. "

As per pictures supplied - this does not fit the assertion of Ransomeware.

As previous posting indicated - the Bluetooth Keyboard and Bluetooth Mouse are not connecting to the computer. It is a common issue when attempting to boot the computer via Command + r keyboard combinations. Though, to perform this action does required a functioning keyboard at the time of performing this action.

It is suggested to either connect the Keyboard to computer via the supplied USB to Lighting cable or use a Wired USB Keyboard
