Not receiving calendar notifications after restarting phone 15.2 iOS

Anyone else have a fix for not receiving calendar notifications (both sound and banners) after restarting the phone on iOS 15.2? I also had this same issue with iOS 15 and 15.1. I found a fix that fixes the sound notifications for all calendars when phone is not being used, but it does not provide sound when using phone. Also it will keep notification banners displayed for the Google calendar but the apple calendar (the calendar that automatically comes on the phone), it only displays the banner for a second then disappears. If I don’t see it within that second then I would not know what was displayed, and if I’m not using the phone or sleeping and don’t hear the tone then I have no idea of any notification since it disappears.
