How to enable photos visual lookup feature in iOS 15 ?

I have upgraded to iOS 15 since it was released, and I’m on the latest code now 15.2 (iPhone 11 and 12 pro).

live Text feature works just fine, but the visual lookup feature never worked !

I live in kuwait, but I have the region set to USA .. and I have enabled the (content from Apple / show in lookup and show in spotlight ) … I have taken multiple photos of clear plants, locations and animals that can be easily recognized … but I have never seen the icon of (i) with a star on it … any idea why ?! It’s a let down to have that nice feature in iOS 15 and not be able to use it !
