I bought a US gift card as a gift for my cousin in the US and I paid using my Greek credit card which was charged normally.
However for the past 4 hours the order is stuck in “Order placed” and with this message
“Processing will begin soon, so check back later.”
Is this a common problem, and how can it be solved?

For this, it would be an issue with the purchase itself. If you made the purchase through the online Apple Store, you'll want to contact sales support for the online Apple Store at apple.co/OnlineStore.
