Right speaker is not working

When I put my AirPod max on last night the right side speaker is not working. Is there anything I can do to fix it or does it need to be replaced?

It's not on my AirPods , its on my Airpod MAX Heatset

The weird thing is it works with both left and right headset speakers if listening to must on my Mac but not YouTube Videos ??
