How do I recover my apple account?

I had an account when I had my first apple phone which was an iPhone 4 and now After a long time I got myself an iPhone 13 pro max and I cannot connect to my account anymore as it is connected to the 2 factor authentication which send a code to a number I used when I had that iphone 4 which is veeeeeery old and I do not have anymore….how can I get this code back??? I still remember the email and password is just that I don’t have access to my old number.
