For the past 2 week I was getting a message that windows didn't recognise my iphone 11. I was intermittent at first, but now is full time.

i have tried every suggestion I could find without success. I never get a message like ' do you trust this computer' .

The problem started when I installed the internet, but I don't know if that's the reason.

The "trust this computer?" notification is stuck on my lock screen and I can't log into my iPhone apparently this has been a problem since april 2020. the only help apple offers is to get the phone into recovery mode but unfortunately when this screen shows up, you won't be able to get it into recovery mode. and apparently the only option from apple is to bring it into a store to connect to one of their computers. Connection Issues I’m getting so frustrated. So, I plug my iPhone into my computer and I don’t get the “do you trust this computer” message nor does iTunes load. I have tried updating usb drivers, windows latest update, iPhone update and it won’t connect. On the random occasion it will connect to my laptop (still without the trust message or loading iTunes) after trying to take my photos off, I get an error message of “device is not functioning”. Can anyone please help!
