extending time second hand shows

I have a series five watch, and I'm a health care professional and use my watch to take heart rates unfortunately, this is frustrating as I cant seem to find a way of keeping the watch's second hand on for 15 seconds while I had heart rates. Is there a way of making the second hand stay when looking at the watch for longer than a few seconds, or where can I suggest adding this to apple?
