how to enable continuous sweep second hand on apple watch
Anyone know how to make the apple watch display functional sweep second hand for long enough to take vital signs as a healthcare provider? I need this thing to stay on for minutes, not seconds, and it needs to be hands free, because my other hand is already busy.

Apple Watch -> Settings -> Displays & Brightness -> Scroll to the bottom -> Wake Duration -> Wake for 70 Seconds
That is you only option. Otherwise the watch is going to start saving power.
