Replacement of iPhone device.

Complain

I have an iPhon XR 128GB white that I bought on 9/11/2021 through Plesio computers a.e.be. in Thassaloniki. This phone in the first operation had a problem with its charging. The iphone went to istorm service and instead of being replaced with a new phone, based on the legislation, it was made with a remanufactured one. The second phone I got in 2 days had a problem on its screen - I sent photos to Aplle in Greece. Right now I'm paying for a remanufactured iphone and tolerating Apple blaming Plesio and vice versa for which of the two should give me a new iphone.

It's a shame that something like this is happening and degrading Apple's name.

What should I do now??
