There is not an "Erase Apple Watch" option to select. I can not go to the Apple Watch app on my phone because it is already registered to my new watch. How do I erase the data and reset to give to someone else?

How do I erase my old watch once my new one has already been registered to my phone?

There is not an option for "Erase Apple Watch" on my iCloud device options for this phone.

Apple Watch Series 1, watchOS 6
