Scam emails
Someone has my Apple ID email and I constantly get overloaded with all these scam emails so do I have to just make a whole new Apple ID ? And how do I get my old stuff to my new Apple ID ?

If the email you are currently using as your Apple ID is, for example, xyz@gmail.com and you create a new email 123@gmail.com, and you then change your Apple ID as described in Change your Apple ID - Apple Support then spam emails will continue to go to your old xyz@gmail.com address but your new Apple ID can be used with the new email address.
