My Apple SE watch is not recording my exercise properly. I did sixty minutes and it only registered seven minutes?

apple watch not recording exercise my apple watch is not recording my exercise since the last update..doesn't matter which one..it counts it (ie the walk took 36 minutes but the circle doen'st go past 4 minutes)..happens on every type of exercise..
