The same way that you did before. By adding the music to your iTunes library and then copying it to the iPod.
If you purchased the music from the iTunes Store, you should be able to download it directly from the store to your iPod, providing of course, that you are connected to a Wi-Fi signal. If you don't have a Wi-Fi router, follow the instructions below.
Download the music to your computer and then add it to your iTunes Library. If you used Sync Entire Library to manage your iPod, then a Sync should do all the work for you. If you Sync Selected playlists, artists, albums and genres, then you need to ensure that the new music is in at least one of the categories that you have selected.
If you use Manually Manage, then you should be able to drag the songs to the iPod.
