Monterey Memory Leak with Photoshop

I am experiencing constant "your system has run out of application memory" messages which cause my computer to crash, even though I am barely running anything and these applications are not using excessive memory. Photoshop is showing in the tens of GB even with no files open. That application seems to be the biggest culprit. I've searched endlessly for a solution, and nothing has helped. Many users suggesting to reset the pointer in accessibility and restart, which has done nothing and this issue keeps recurring along with several others that only started after I upgraded to Monterey. My computer is essentially useless at this point thanks to this OS and all of its bugs. Has anyone found any other fixes to this memory leak issue?
