Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Based on your post, you can't play a particular purchased song on your iPod, Android, or PC. We'll do our best to assist with this.
To make sure we're on the same page here, you can only listen to this song on your iPhone. However, not on your iPod, Android or PC. If that's the case, we'd confirm that the Apple ID used on this iPhone is the same exact account used on these other devices.
On the iPhone, go to Settings > [Your Name] > Media & Purchases > View Account to see which account is signed in. This would have to be the same account that made the purchase on these other devices.
If that doesn't solve the issue and you're using the same account on all of these devices, what happens when you attempt to redownload the song from your purchased history? Do you receive an error? If so, what is this specific error?
