My iCloud is stuck on loading, how can I fix?

To begin, you'll want to ensure your iPhone is updated to the most recent software version. The latest iOS version available is iOS 15.2. You can check which version is installed by going to Settings > General > About. Learn more about updating your iPhone here:
Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
If your iPhone is updated, and the issue persists, have you tried connecting to a different Wi-Fi network to see if that makes a difference? Are you able to access your iCloud Drive content on other devices signed in with the same Apple ID? If you tap on the Recents folder, are you able to see any of your documents or data there?
