Call Failed Dropped calls when switching from 5G to 4G LTE coverage

On-going issue since 9/23/2020. Spoke with Verizon along with multiple device replacements from Apple, SIM card replacements and resetting Network Settings on the device all to no avail until 15.1 or 15.1.1.

Verizon expressly states that there were no changes were made in regards to this particular issue and the fact that rolling back OS versions reactivates the behavior dictates that this is fixed from an OS side within the current versions. Again read that, rolling back prior to 15.1.1 the issue is persistent, post it is fixed. Apple support states that this is a carrier issue as the issue was persistent across multiple device replacements, how clearer can this be with the above troubleshooting done. Representatives have been less than helpful as far as fair and amicable compensation.

Go look at every forum site even this one for Call failed issues with 5G service swapping, you made an intermediate update around 14.5.1 although not formally documented. Within 15.1.1 you have it documented: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT212788

iOS 15.1.1
iOS 15.1.1 improves call drop performance on iPhone 12 and iPhone 13 models.

To be told that this wasn't an issue seems ridiculous and to be forced to go back to the Carrier yet again doesn't seem to be the tree to bark up. I have asked Apple to provide an expedient response to this.

This is a severe disservice to any of the affected group.
