Dual SIMs in iPhone 12 Pro Max

Hello, I have two active SIMs, one is my personal cellular SIM and one is my business-related cellular SIM. I am trying to insert them both into an iPhone 12 Pro Max. When I eject the SIM tray, the top SIM has a place where the SIM can appropriately be seated for use of the primary SIM line. When following directions to attempt to utilize the bottom portion of the tray for the 2nd SIM, there is no allotted space for a 2nd SIM card to fit. Do I need to get a different SIM tray with spots for 2 SIM cards? These are both Nano SIMs

Unless you have a Chinese market model the 12 only has space for 1 SIM.

The other line needs to be allocated to the internal "eSIM" by your network provider.

Talk to them to see if they provide the service.
