HomeKit: Logitech Circle View Camera. "All hubs are not responding"

I get "All Hubs are not responding" notifications several times a day. It's not true. When I check the cameras they are working. Can I disable this message somehow in HomeKit?

iPhone 13, iOS 15

Hey bareyb,

It appears that you get a notification that all the hubs in the Home app and HomeKit aren't responding, multiple times in a day, even though when you view the cameras, those are working fine. If you have any Logitech apps installed on your iPhone for your Logitech accessories, you'll want to make sure those apps are updated, along with your iPhone: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support That might stop the false notification you are encountering.

Best wishes to you.

bareyb,

Got it. The "Notify When Camera Goes Offline" notification would be for when a camera is no longer connected to the internet, and not able to be viewed anymore. The message you see is indicating a hub, so most likely turning that off may not help. You could test different settings with the notifications to see what works best for you to stop unwanted notifications.

Take care.
