Cox communications technical difficulties

Ever since cox has went to 2factor authentication I have been unable to logon using my tv provider. When signing in I get the error message Sign In Error. We are experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again later. Is anyone else getting this message. I can log in through my tv using my roku and smart things just not on my IOS devices. I have tried multiple devices different networks and same message. I have tried through the apps themselves and through the tv provider option in settings. I think it has to do with when they went to 2factor. Any work arounds or eta of an update to fix. Current IOS version if it matters is 15.2 (19C56) can’t imagine I’m the only one.

And what did Cox support say when your reported the issue to them?
