Broken ear buds

One of my ear buds isn’t charging and the charging pin is inside the ear bud. How can I get a replacement? Or fixed?

what are the chance apple will charge me for a replacement if my earphones only worked for a month however i tried fixing them yesterday by removind the black thing in the head and cleaning it out will this come under accidental abuse. Will Apple charge me because of this
