How to extract Blood Pressure data from Health?

I was so frustrated this morning while scrambling to get ready for a doc appt. It used to be so easy and straightforward to export a timeframe of BP data from the app. Now it seems you can only share it through providers already set up in the app? Or to export everything at once which was taking forever. Why get rid of a simple “export to email” feature? Between this and the horrendous state of Siri and HomePod, I’ve been ****** off at Apple products on the daily for a long time.
