Is it better for battery to use MacBook Air M1 in charging mode?

I have searched in all of articles of Apple support but I still have these questions :

I use my MacBook Air M1 2020 most of the times in home and I do not go out with my Mac very much and my work is some times long and heavy. I dont know that I can use my mac all of the time in charging mode or no ? and is it better for battery life span to work in charging mode when we are in home?

and another thing : it is not bad to charge it for just 15 minutes?

Plug in the computer whenever it is convenient to do so. Do not try to micromanage the charging system. Let the MacOS do its job.

It makes no difference. The battery management is very good on Macs and has been for years.
