Apple Watch Pauses after 10 Second Workout

My Apple Watch continues to pause after working out for 10 seconds. I have cleared all of my data, reset my Apple Watch, and have checked the autopause function, which is off. I have troubleshooted everything I’ve seen on the internet and this continues to be an issue. Please help! Every post I am seeing states that this is a “bug”.

The other day while i was running, it suddenly paused itself. It did so maybe 4-5 times. I get it if it puts my workout on pause because i’m actually taking a pause, but it pauses my workout while i’m actually working out and it has become very much annoying.
