Apple Watch Pauses after 10 Second Workout

My Apple Watch continues to pause after working out for 10 seconds. I have cleared all of my data, reset my Apple Watch, and have checked the autopause function, which is off. I have troubleshooted everything I’ve seen on the internet and this continues to be an issue. Please help! Every post I am seeing states that this is a “bug”.

The Training app suddenly pauses the time on my Apple Watch during my workout When i’m training while wearing my apple watch and using the training app, it suddenly pauses the time during my workout. The other day while i was running, it suddenly paused itself. It did so maybe 4-5 times. I get it if it puts my workout on pause because i’m actually taking a pause, but it pauses my workout while i’m actually working out and it has become very much annoying.
