I can login to everything with my CAC on my navy portal except for e learning. What do I need to do?

I can get into my email, nsips, dts, and everything else that I've tried so far. When I try to log in to navy e-learning it says...

Look in Keychain Access, login keychain for Identity preferences (sort by Kind).

If there is one for that site, delete it and try again.

It can cache certificates in that identity profile and use the wrong one for access.

I always try to use a private window in the browser so it doesn't cache the certificates.

I don't know if that is the problem for you, but I have had it with other CAC enabled websites.
