Answer: ATV stuck on “Data & Privacy” screen

Posting a workaround for the issue where ATV is stuck on “Data & Privacy” screen. Cannot select “Continue” to move ahead. Cannot pair new remote via iOS devices or Apple TV remote.

Solution: Connect ATV to internet via an ethernet connection and use the remote in control center on an iOS device.
