ipad browser history dont go back more than one hour

Open my safari history

Only todays stuff there. Only currently open tabs there. Lostnsomething that is important tonfind again. Because I was using a childrens toy. Not windows.

What about chrome. Theresbsome history maybe some weeks back. Could it be one of these two entries. I try first one, then i go back to see that all those entries have been deleted. Now my history only contains todays stuff.

I know this device is more stupid than a chalk board. Chalk board doesnt wipe itself screen. But i would have never suspected i should take a screen cap of browser history before its deleted.

This toy app has no settings or anything in it. When i go to settings > safari the only option having to do with history is the option to delete it. Completely needless option since its not stored anyway.

ipad was something i used maybe few times a year. It doesnt deserve even that.

iPad, iPadOS 14

Settings>Safari>Close Tabs... tap there, and choose from "Manually, After One Day, After One Week, or After One Month".
