Search history on iPad

I have cleared my history, both on my phone and on my iPad. But When i type in certain letters it still shows Websites, for exempel Google and pornhub. Another Thing is that it shows a globe symbol next to the title of the Website, that might be the problem.

I just found out that on my iPads safari starting page there are maybe 30 sites that i visited months ago. So I’m now manually clearing these sites. I found the sites that wanted to remove here so I’m guessing the problem is solved. But anyway i still want to know these old sites from months ago are left and antagonizes? Thanks!
