Airplane mode and apple tv controller

This is not ok, because I have turned everything off on my iPhone, still my phone wake up with the apple TV remote.

And in you answer to Alex above; WHY DO YOU, Apple, like Alex to contact Apple Support? Why not discuss it here?

Airplane mode by default does not disable Bluetooth. An IPhone can detect and communicate with nearby Apple TV devices using Bluetooth. The devices do not need to be paired if both are logged in with the same Apple ID.

Also, you are not talking to Apple in these forums.

I have NOT wifi on, NOR bluetooth.

ALL communications are off.

So how is it possible for the Apple-TV to connect to ios/iPhone? And this happens instantly when using search function on the Apple TV.
