I already Mcbook Pro and online deliver date shown was 27-Jan to 2-Feb. However, today it is showing that Mac book pro is available for delivery today itself. How can I change my order?

You can cancel your order if it has not moved from "Processing" to "shipping"
Returns & Refunds Order status
If you ordered it from Apple, and you did not arrange in-store delivery, then Apple does not have physical possession of the Mac and it is on the shipper's truck out for delivery. You can then return it within 14-days for a refund or exchange.
If you did arrange for in-store pick up, then you should have a conversation with the Apple store manager about your options.
